We can also assist with matters requiring consular attention and authorisation. Please note that we are not linked directly to the Kazakh Embassy or another government organisation, although we do have good contacts and relations with the Embassy and government bodies in Kazakhstan and the UK.

We also answer the need for better and more reliable advice and management of various property services in the UK for our overseas (mainly Kazakhstan-based) clients, and similarly in Kazakhstan for non-Kazakh clients.

Those services include property finding and relevant research, negotiating with various parties, arranging viewings, sourcing and dealing with solicitors and surveyors, and making sure all the required documentation is provided and is in order, in other words managing all stages of property rental and property purchase/sale processes.

We have managed some high-end, multi-million transactions as well as smaller-scale rentals. Our Education services division provides mainly for Kazakhstan and CIS clients, focusing on researching suitable places for part-time or full-time education in the UK, dealing with many UK schools and universities to enrol students from the Central Asian region and ensuring the whole process runs smoothly and correctly.

We find a suitable school or university, visit the places personally and meet with people in charge there, to make sure we have first-hand information that we can pass on to our clients. We then arrange the placement of students into the selected school or university, checking that all paperwork is in order.

For our younger students, we also provide the UK Guardianship, which is compulsory for children under 18 years old. We are always in contact with them for any questions and/or help, providing some “home comfort” for the young students who find themselves so far away from their home country and their families.
